Rights

Of access: the right to request at any time the confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed, to provide you with the information on said data and its processing, and to obtain a copy of it.

Of rectification: right to request the rectification of inaccurate, not updated or incomplete personal data that concerns you.

Of cancellation or deletion – also the right to be destroyed: the right to request the deletion of your personal data when, among other reasons and whenever a proportionality judgement is performed, the data is no longer needed to for the purposes for which it was collected and the right to the information does not prevail. However, this right is not absolute, so the data can continue to be kept properly locked in the cases provided for by the applicable regulations. The de-indexation of links that list personal data is part of the right to be destroyed.

Of opposition: a right that allows you to object to the processing of your personal data, including the preparation of profiles. You will only be able to access your rights when your data is processed for legitimate reasons that are imperative for the processing or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.

Of limitation of the processing: the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data, which means that it can be stored, but not continue to be processed if any of the following conditions are met:

  • The processing is unlawful and the deletion of the data is opposed and, instead, the limitation of its use is requested.

Regarding your rights, please note the following:

Retention time

In accordance with data protection regulations, personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, provided that you do not exercise your right of cancellation / deletion, and subsequently, it will be kept duly locked for as long as it is necessary to handle possible responsibilities arising from the processing, until the expiry of the legal specification periods established in the current regulations.
